For what purposes do we process your data?

We collect and use your data for legitimate purposes, in order to perform the specific activity of a law firm, respectively by:

  • Providing legal services, representation and providing legal assistance to our clients;
  • Management and administration of collaboration and employment contracts;
  • Management and administration of all aspects related to the collaboration with you, as a seller, through the purchase of services or products;
  • Compliance with court orders and decisions;
  • Resume analysis for the recruitment process;
  • For any other purpose for which you provide personal data to our company;

Following the receipt of your express and unequivocal consent, we may also process your personal data for marketing purposes by submitting newsletters, invitations to events or publications of interest to you.

We do not use personal data for automated processing or profiling.
