The LDDP Team Successfully Defended NTT Data in Court Proceedings Related to a Public Tender Procedure
The LDDP team successfully defended NTT Data in court proceedings related to a public tender procedure with an estimated value of LEI 14,490,606. The Bucharest Court of Appeal, in a final decision, dismissed the challenge brought by the contracting authority against the ruling of the National Council for the Resolution of Complaints (CNSC) which annulled the tender report and upheld the said ruling to the effect that the contracting authority was ordered to reconsider the bid of NTT Data in observance of the relevant legal provisions.
