LDDP Successfully Assisted a Private Aviation Company
LDDP successfully assisted a private aviation company, Dac Air, in court proceedings concerning the validation of enforcement measures against the DGRFP, as debtor. On appeal, the LDDP team obtained the overturn of the first instance court’s decision and the validation of a garnishment measure against the third-party debtor for a receivable exceeding USD 850,000. The decision stands out as a novelty, in contrast to the recent case law of the courts. The client was represented in this case by our colleagues Cosmin Soare-Filatov and Alexandra Leaua.
