Marius GRIGORESCU has a 17-year experience in the field of domestic litigation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings and has developed a detailed insight into the rules and regulations governing commerce, insolvency, the recovery of receivables, corporate law, financial law, and labor law.
In particular, he garnered experience in contract law, international payments and securities, privatization, international arbitration, and public procurement.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the “Nicolae Titulescu” University (1999) and a member of Bucharest Bar Association (since 2007).
