Starting on July 1, 2024, Andra SOARE-FILATOV joins the team of LDDP partners.
Andra joined LDDP over a decade ago, bringing with her a passion for the law and a unique set of skills enabling her to successfully navigate complex legal landscapes.
Specializing in domestic and international commercial law, with a practicing focus on international arbitration, Andra has been a valuable asset for our firm. Over the years, she has amassed extensive experience as counsel in arbitration proceedings, both administered and ad-hoc, showcasing her expertise particularly in construction and energy disputes, as well as in disputes involving intellectual property, licensing, and distribution agreements.
Andra holds an LL.M. in international arbitration from the Bucharest University Faculty of Law, where she is currently a doctoral student. She is an assistant professor in the commercial law and international commercial law departments of the Nicolae Titulescu University in Bucharest.
