Aurora DAMCALI has over 20 years of experience in domestic litigation proceedings and has in-depth knowledge of civil law, administrative law, and insolvency law. Her practice focuses especially on rights in rem, administrative procedures, urban planning legislation, public procurement, civil and commercial contracts, negotiations on collective bargaining agreements.
Aurora provides legal assistance in complex matters of civil law, environmental and administrative law, before central and local public authorities. She has successfully represented clients in a wide range of civil, administrative, and labor law court proceedings. She is also experienced in international arbitration, in particular investment proceedings conducted before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes in Washington.
She has graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Romanian-American University (1999), is a member of Bucharest Bar Association (2000), has a master’s degree in Business Law from the Faculty of Law of “Titu Maiorescu” University (2006), and holds a JD in administrative law from the Faculty of Law of the University in Bucharest (2020).
Aurora has authored and co-authored a numerous articles and studies published in high-profile law reviews, mainly on the topic of administrative law.
