Formulation of proposals to amend the legislation in order to correlate the internal legislation with the EU legislation or to implement the best practices in certain fields of the economy;
Drafting proposals to amend existing regulations, including in the field of taxation, in relation to European Union legislation;
Analysis of the constitutionality of certain legislative provisions in relation to the legislation of the European Union;
Representation before the Constitutional Court in exceptions of unconstitutionality of certain normative acts;
Representation before the European Court of Human Rights, in proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union, as well as in relation to the institutions of the European Union;
Drafting legal opinions, formulating legal solutions regarding options for using the provisions of European Union law;
Formulating preliminary questions for ongoing litigation before Romanian courts.
Legal assistance and representation of a company before the national control authorities concerning implementation of projects financed from European funds (contract value of approximately EUR 1,000,000);
Legal assistance and representation of a foreign energy company in matters concerning the compatibility of national legislation with EU energy and labor law in the offshore regime;
Legal assistance to a company in the field of banking finance concerning the compatibility of national legislation with EU law in several areas of interest to that company.
