LDDP has recruited Laura Constantin as Senior Counsel. Laura Constantin will coordinate, together with the other specialized partners, projects in the fields of: energy and natural resources, capital market, public procurement and ESG.

“Laura Constantin is a professional with remarkable experience and reputation, national and international, as a specialist in the interference between law and business. With a deep understanding of the specifics and dynamics of investment processes, Laura has the rare ability to combine the investment, technical or operational perspective of a contractor with that of a regulator – central or local public authority – and that of a financier. Laura Constantin graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest with postgraduate studies in private law, nuclear law and an MBA in Energy at Fabiz – Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies. Laura has over 20 years of professional experience, of which 15 years in management and coordination positions in companies in the financial and energy fields (Legal Director and Member of the Board at Fondul Proprietatea, Legal Director and Corporate Affairs and Deputy CEO for Corporate Services at Nuclearelectrica). Laura Constantin is a legal expert for International Physical Protection Advisory Service (IPPAS) missions organized by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and a member of the International Nuclear Law Association (INLA). Her professional legal experience as well as management and coordination in a diverse spectrum, solid legal knowledge, academic training, knowledge of the energy field, especially the nuclear sector and adherence to the principles and values ​​that govern it represent a solid premise to contribute to the projects managed by LDDP as well as the development and implementation of the LDDP strategic plans.
