Representation in administrative proceedings before the Romanian courts of all tiers.
Legal assistance to a private human resources company in its relationship with the competent public institution concerning national and European regulations on conflict of interests;
Legal representation of an economic operator before the National Council for Solving Complaints (CNSC) and the courts concerning a large project of event organization services.
