  • General legal advice on various aspects arising from employment relationships, including the specific situation of budgetary employees, such as: drafting internal regulations and other applicable regulations at unit level, remuneration, rights and obligations of the employer and staff, secondment, disciplinary and patrimonial liability, issues related to health and safety at work, management of accidents at work, protection of employees in case of transfer, etc.;
  • Legal assistance regarding the negotiation, conclusion, amendment, performance, and termination of individual employment contracts and collective labor agreements;
  • Legal assistance regarding individual dismissals and collective redundancy procedures;
  • Legal assistance and representation before the courts for employees of central public institutions in connection with the validity and performance of the collective labor agreement;
  • Legal assistance and representation in court of union members for the purpose of recalculating salary income by including bonuses provided by special laws and by applicable collective agreements;
  • Legal assistance regarding the restructuring of the staff following merger and division procedures, as well as following reorganization;
  • Legal assistance on issues related to immigration of workers and employment of foreign nationals;
  • Drafting legislative proposals in the field of labor law or with implications in this field;
  • Representation before the courts in litigation having as object aspects of labor law.
  • Long-term legal assistance and representation of a public institution in the field of culture with a staff of about 200 employees;
  • Legal assistance and court representation of central authorities and public institutions on labor law issues;
  • Legal assistance to a major international oil and mining company on labor and foreign employment issues in a complex project;
  • Long-term legal assistance and court representation on labor law issues for important national companies and groups of companies, acting in the field of construction, distribution of cosmetics and food supplements, production, and distribution of furniture, etc.
