Alexandra LUNGU became a licensed attorney and a member of the Bucharest Bar in 2014, after graduating from a double academic stream: French and Romanian. Her academic career was complemented by internships at the Paris High Court and the European Court of Human Rights. Her university training, completed with a master’s degree in international arbitration both in Paris and in Bucharest, along with the practical experience gained so far, recommends her as one of the most well-trained and passionate practitioners in this field.
Alexandra has experience in the field of domestic and international commercial arbitration, being involved in complex arbitration cases administered by the ICC Paris International Court of Arbitration and the International Commercial Court of Arbitration attached to the Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, conducted in English and French. These mainly involve various issues of civil law, construction law and FIDIC contracts, international commercial law, and private international law.
Alexandra also has experience in providing legal advice and court representation especially in matters of civil law, international commercial law, labor law, and intellectual property law.
