Raluca Ion is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association and a graduate of the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest with a solid experience in the field of business consulting.
Raluca has been involved in numerous consulting projects where she has provided legal assistance to clients on the acquisition or sale of companies and businesses in various fields (agriculture, IT, retail, natural gas). Thus, she has experience in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and employment law.
