Legal assistance and representation before the courts with jurisdiction in disputes arising in the area of urban planning law.
Legal assistance and representation of a local public authority in a dispute in which the authorization to dismantle a historic monument was challenged with a view to relocating it to an adjacent site;
Legal assistance and representation of a local public authority in a dispute in which the applicant sought the annulment of an opinion issued by the Ministry of Culture approving the concept of relocating a historical monument;
