A revolving loan in the amount of maximum EUR 5,000,000 from a Romanian bank,
An irrevocable multi-option revolving credit used by advances, the issuance of letters of guarantee and the opening of letters of credit, in the amount of maximum EUR 20,500,000.
A term syndicated loan for an amount of up to EUR 48,500,000 between the client of the leasing company as a debtor and a union of Romanian or foreign banks as a creditor.
Legal assistance to an important Romanian real estate developer in accessing a EUR 3,700,000 loan from a Romanian bank, including the negotiation of the credit agreement and the relevant guarantee contracts (mortgages, securities on social shares, securities on bank accounts, sureties);
Legal assistance to an American company for concluding an international guarantee contract by which a Romanian company guarantees the fulfillment by a foreign company of the obligations resulting from a USD 16,000,000 international leasing contract having as object an aircraft;
Legal assistance and representation provided for the development of the first mall real estate project in an important city in Romania, including from the perspective of the financing received by the buyer of the land for the development of the project;
Legal assistance to an important real estate Romanian company operating in the western part of Romania for the negotiation of an investment loan in order to develop a residential project;
Legal assistance to one of the most important international companies operating in the field of telecommunications and defense systems in order to finance an indirectly owned Romanian company, by granting an associated loan secured by a pledge on shares. Further assistance provided to the Romanian company in the negotiations for securing bank financing, guaranteed by the foreign investor through corporate guarantee letters and acceptance of a subordination agreement;
